A franchise is basically an agreement between two legally independent parties which allows the person or group (the franchisee) to sell a product or service that is trademarked to someone else (the franchisor). SureCare, the provider of personal care in the home, has launched a low-cost micro-franchise, SureCare Local to offer a range of home services from DIY jobs and gardening to cleaning and babysitting.
