East-Midlands-based Paul Millican joined the Auditel Cost Management Franchise last November. His previous industry background has always been in process improvement and cost management. He started his career in engineering, including working for Nissan Motor Manufacturing. Paul  provided industrial engineering support for the successful launch and on-going development of the new Primera and Micra models, before moving into various manufacturing management roles.
